Responsibilities
As a pivotal member of the Copilot Team, you will bring unique perspectives and expertise to the organization, driving innovative features and delivering transformative AI-powered experiences:
• Define and execute growth strategies to drive key business metrics, including acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
• Lead complex growth experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests) and implement automated experimentation frameworks.
• Develop scalable engineering solutions to optimize conversion funnels, referral programs, virality loops, and personalization efforts.
• Leverage machine learning to build predictive models for user segmentation, recommendation systems, and engagement optimization.
• Optimize website and mobile app performance, ensuring a seamless and high-speed user experience.
• Analyze large-scale data sets to uncover growth opportunities, user behaviors, and actionable insights.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in growth engineering, AI-driven marketing, and performance optimization.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
Proven experience designing and implementing scalable growth solutions at a high-traffic consumer or enterprise product.
Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Django, Flask).
Deep expertise in A/B testing frameworks and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
Hands-on experience with machine learning models for user segmentation, ranking, or personalization.
Solid English verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Agile and iterative development processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following experiences will be highly regarded:
5+ years of technical engineering experience
Strong understanding of SEO, ASO, paid acquisition, and performance marketing techniques.
Experience working with growth loops, retention mechanics, and monetization strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
Proficiency in Mobile (iOS/Android) development.
Expertise in AI technologies applied in software engineering.
