Job Description

1）根据IC产品式样要求进行数字相关设计工作。

2）根据IC产品式样,制定验证项目清单，并实施数字部分的验证工作，以及数字和模拟部分混 合仿真。

3）根据IC产品的测试项目清单，实施测试工作。

Qualifications

1）具备微电子及IC设计基础知识；熟悉深亚微米半导体工艺流程、器件构造；

2）熟悉Linux基本命令和VI编辑器

3）掌握各种Shell，Perl等+A46常见脚本工具

4）了解Verilog HDL、VCS、Verdi等设计验证相关EDA工具

5）有数字模拟混合仿真经验者优先。

6）做事踏实认真，有责任心。

7）能与他人良好沟通与协作，有团队合作精神。
