This role will take end-to end leadership and product ownership for the Servicing Portals, in partnership with Technology, operational partners and business stakeholders. The Servicing Portals include POA and Legacy platforms, supporting GSG, Consumer, Commercial and other Line of Businesses. This Product Manager will be responsible for defining long term and short-term roadmap for Servicing portals migration and documenting the features by articulating use cases and defining the e2e customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with key business stakeholders to define new product features, scope, and functionality and prepare long term and short-term roadmap.

  • Translate the customer experiences, business requirements into Features, following SAFe/Agile methodology.

  • Work with central and local market cross-functional teams to ensure capabilities meet market needs and adhere to local regulatory compliance and risk requirements.

  • Develop global capabilities and features that can be deployed locally.

  • Obtain feedback on the product to iterate and drive improvements in future releases.

  • Work with other Product Managers and Product Owners to prioritize the features for the scrum team.

  • Maintain pulse on external developments and internal product developments to assess implications for our products.

  • Ensure agile standards are followed and that compliance, audit and legal requirements are adhered to for all initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain cohesive relationships with various internal and external business partners and create an effective technical partner model.

  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products, future functionality, improve workflow, product launches and enhanced system capabilities, with a strong emphasis on quality and compliance.

  • Be an active contributor to a future state

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years experience in product development.

  • Proven customer centric design thinking.

  • Enthusiasm and passion for great products and services and the ability to articulate product functionality.

  • Deep knowledge of Product Ownership role and proven ability to create systems from the ground up.

  • Understanding of American Express tech and product development processes, known as a businessperson who can speak both tech and business languages.

  • Curiosity and hunger to know how things work and ability to use that knowledge to find enhancement opportunities

  • Detailed oriented, able to identify key questions, make product decisions and determine how pieces of the puzzle interact and impact the overall project.

  • Recognize issues quickly and determine how to go about getting resolution.

  • Highly organized, taking individual initiative and accountability for getting results.

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to engage, influence and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PM/PO certification is a preferred

  • Experience in Banking product development

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
