• As a Quality Analyst, you will draw on deep policy expertise to ensure our products, policies, systems, and processes are best-in-class. You will do this by ensuring careful, consistent, well-consulted interpretations of client policy, arbitrating the policy line where it is grey, and optimizing policy interpretation so it can be achieved with accuracy, efficiency, clarity, and scale.

Responsibilities:

• Arbitrate decisions at scale to ensure the highest quality decisions are passed in model training and human review operations.

• Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis identifying systemic policy gaps by analyzing gray areas, misses and insights.

• Propose and/ or implement corrective actions based on RCAA insights across, vendor partners, processes, and policy owners.

Experience:

• 4+ years of cross-functional project management experience

• Proven track record of documenting technical implementations

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

• Experience with fraud risk management and investigations, online advertising, or e-commerce (For Account Role)

• Experience with fraud detection (For Account Role).

• Experience with quality assurance preferred

• This role works with sensitive content or situations and may be exposed to graphic, controversial, and/or upsetting topics or content.
