Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 8 years of experience in program management.

• 8 years of experience in customer engagement, customer success, sales, software development and release, launch readiness or a related field within a cloud technologies or enterprise software solutions environment.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience managing relationships with senior leadership

• Self-starter, comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining workstreams from scratch

• Expertise in building partnerships across orgs and influencing without authority

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Lead strategic execution and delivery for a high priority strategic program including direct influence over resourcing decisions, planning cadence, and planning stakeholders.

• Establish a reliable and visible cadence for portfolio reviews, decision making, prioritization, whereby improvements are measurable and the impact can be felt organization wide.

• Communicate and influence effectively on multiple levels (e.g., leadership team, junior engineers, cross-discipline stakeholders, partners and customers).

• Navigate ambiguity, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and being creative and resourceful in problem solving.

• Lead as a change advocate responsible for initiating and leading multiple organizations through pivots needed to address shifts in business trends and priorities.
