This role is obsessed over driving long-term growth for Devices, working backwards from the customer to develop a best-in-class experience for Pre-owned device sales and Trade-in, and ensuring we have the right alignment within the right teams (internal and external) to execute our vision.
As a vital member of the Pre-owned Business Strategy team, you will employ a well-rounded set of capabilities to define, land, and execute the most impactful strategic priorities to drive long-term growth for the Pre-owned Business. You will lead research initiatives internally and externally and generate models to help inform our Products and Services roadmap and tackle some complex business questions. This is a high visibility role that will work on a broad array of business problems and have very frequent opportunities to interact with and present to leadership.

Evaluate long-term investment and expansion opportunities, develop ROI models for expansions and clear success criteria
Validate sales/upgrade tenets and guardrails based on new data, new service offerings, and new business and financial models
Establish key relationships with product and tech teams across Amazon to inform Pre-owned product strategy and gain efficiencies
Help define and measure best-in-class experiences for the Pre-owned business, using internal and external data and research, as well as industry trends
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and opportunities to improve our offerings, and ability to automate and scale
Partner with product line development and operations teams to ensure integration of Pre-owned and Trade-in into product lifecycle plans
Develop Trade-in expansion plans and requirements for new markets
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience in areas such as market research, statistics, finance or qualitative/quantitative research
Experience in solving complex business challenges by producing models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
Deep understanding of the circular economy; opportunities and challenges

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
