We are looking for a principal product manager to lead externalization of ADRL’s reverse supply chain capabilities as a service to other retailers and manufactures. Get in on the ground floor to help design, build, and scale this startup initiative.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team as owners of a portfolio of products or features designed to advance Amazon’s already best-in-class customer experience.

• Lead business analysis and experimentation strategy, capturing insights that inform the long-term strategy and roadmap for your product

• Own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for your portfolio, maintain a deep competitive awareness and think big to identify global business opportunities worthy of investment.

• Lead and influence business and technology stakeholders and leaders across the organization to drive strategic initiatives.

• Lead business planning, determine the goals and objectives of your team and the broader organization.

About the team

Amazon Devices Reverse Logistics (ADRL) provides world-class reverse supply chain management for all Amazon Devices including Echo, Fire tablets and TVs, Kindle, Ring, and Blink. Our group functions as a start-up within Amazon, offering a creative, fast paced, entrepreneurial work environment where you will be at the center of Amazon innovation. Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

• 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

• Experience with end to end product delivery

• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

• Experience as a product manager or owner

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience owning technology products

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $145,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
