Description

The Capital Expenditure Budgeting Program Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining the overall project budget and generation of a capitalization plan based on project schedules The CapEx Budgeting PM will work with various cross-functional teams to collect information to create the budget and understand the technical changes that impact the budget. • The ideal candidate would be able to gather and analyze large amounts of data at a macro and micro level. • Work with Engineering, Operations and Finance to draft and submit capital equipment budgets. • Track and analyze spend against budgets • Provide inputs to financial forecasts • Work with cross-functional teams to review, change and develop process to improve efficiencies of CapEx spend • Contribute in process re-engineering including development of a new system • Interact with all levels (from analyst to Executive VPs) and departments (such as Finance and Procurement)

Minimum Qualifications

Key Qualifications

  • Comfortable working with large number sets and ability to run analytical reports

  • Experience in manufacturing or engineering is preferred

  • Proficient in finance

  • Impeccable organizational, multi-tasking and management skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 1-2 times a year

Preferred Qualifications

Education & Experience

BS/BA degree; MBA preferred

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $119,900 and $181,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
