Entry Level Shop Laborer!

$18.50 - $24/hr.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd available (all 4/10's)

Job Description:

Join a fast-paced and gritty work environment where we manufacture metal clamps for underground pipes, built from scratch. You’ll play a key role in grinding, assembling, or operating machines. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or anyone looking to start a career in manufacturing!

Responsibilities:

  • Grind, assemble, or operate machines to meet production goals.

  • Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Inspect parts for quality and defects.

  • Work effectively in a team environment and meet company productivity and attendance expectations.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience with power tools, hand and power tools, grinders, deburring, and grinding.

  • Production and inspection skills.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to read and write.

  • Basic computer skills and experience.

  • Ability to work in a team.

Available Positions:

  • Powder Coating Tech ($20 - $23/hr): Ideal for those with house painting or warehouse experience, 1-2 years manufacturing preferred.

  • Heavy Assembler ($18.50 - $20/hr): Entry-level, no experience required.

  • Rough Grinder ($18.50 - $20/hr): Fabrication work, grinding and smoothing parts in a loud environment; requires respirator and headset.

  • Machine Operator ($20 - $24/hr): 1+ years of machine operation experience required.

Shifts & Hours:

  • 1 st shift: Mon-Thurs, 5:00am - 3:30pm

  • 2 nd shift: 2:30pm - 1:00am

  • Weekend Shift: Fri-Sun, 4:00am - 5:00pm (36 hours, paid for 40 if full 36 worked)

  • Overtime available on Fridays.

Environment:

  • Tough, gritty, noisy work with heavy metal parts.

  • Respirators and headsets are required for safety for rough grinder department

The pay range for this position is $40560.00 - $51771.00/yr.
