Job Description Duties and Responsibilities: Shipping and Receiving:Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies Inventory Management:Maintain inventory and stock levels for lab consumables, outbound shipping kits, kitchens, bathrooms, office supplies. Ensure warehouse space is organized Physical Handling: * Physically handle products, load/unload packages, and transport products using hand carts or pallet jacks. * Prepare, pack, and ship supplies to be sent to customers resultant from daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual orders as requested by customers, CES, Sales, and per LIMS schedules * Ensure that UPS Deliveries are prepared for afternoon pick up Data Entry:Accurately enter shipment information into the LIMS system Collaboration:Work closely with warehouse personnel, customer service representatives Driving:Drive to UPS, FedEx, and USPS locations to pick up samples Lifting:Able to lift and move heavy objects Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Required knowledge, skills & abilities: * Basic computer skills * Good written and verbal communication, strong sense of time organization, ability to work independently and within a team, data entry skills with attention to detail. * Strong organizational skills * Must be able to work independently and remain on task * Being a collaborative team member Training: Will be provided Education and Experience: * High School Diploma or Equivalent * Experience in Shipping and Receiving preferred Additional Information To learn more about Eurofins, please explore o Apply here: https://www.aplitrak.com/?adid=YmJnZW5lcmljLjA5MTUzLjEwNTA4QGV1cm9maW5zdXNjb21wLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ
