Our client, in the Automotive Manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the production team supporting operations and sales. The ideal candidate will have Lean methodology, fast-paced manufacturing, and strong analytical skills & knowledge which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Newton, NC

What’s the Job?

  • Drive KPIs, business strategy, and people strategy in your area.

  • Ensure standardization across your area, including policies, procedures, and standard work.

  • Provide servant-based leadership to Team Leaders and uphold cultural standards.

  • Coach Team Leaders and maintain a physical presence on the shift.

  • Manage team performance, provide recognition and feedback.

  • Plan employee training and development, handle disciplinary issues.

What’s Needed?

  • Five years’ manufacturing experience in relevant environments required.

  • Previous leadership experience preferred.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Engineering, or related field desirable.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and timekeeping systems.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.

  • Analytical problem-solving skills and experience with corrective action facilitation.
