RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Maintenance Specialist will maintain overall the property, structures, and grounds.
The Specialist should take pride in providing friendly and professional services to all of our residents!
You will perform daily walkthroughs of the facility and address any malfunctions in need of prompt repair and janitorial issues. Responsible for preparing vacant apartments for new move-ins, responds to assigned service requests, and assists in coordinating preventative maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must be skilled in general maintenance and lawn care experience.
Be a positive team player with excellent people skills, the ability to communicate and work professionally with all residents and co-workers with a positive attitude while motivating and influencing others.
Will provide amazing customer service on a daily basis.
