What we offer:

    The core functions of your role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Maintaining relationships with current and new members of the Talent and University Network

  • Attract and retain new members to the Talent and University Network through phone calls, marketing, and other methods of communication

  • Localization of materials and communication into local market language and based on that markets’ needs

  • Management of the information and quality of the CRM system used for our Talent and University Network - Pipedrive

  • Develop and monitor advertising campaigns to promote the annual study and our brand

  • Support and implement the Talent and University Network strategy

  • Continuous input to and support of ongoing research projects

    You will also have the opportunity, depending on ongoing projects, to:

  • Support and coordinate online and in-person events

  • Build and implement social media strategy and communication

  • Support and drive B2B marketing and communications initiatives

  • Target-oriented with a willingness to challenge yourself and find creative ways to achieve results

  • A self-driven, independent quick learner with great organizational and prioritization skills

  • Confident with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities

  • Interested in our areas of expertise

    We expect you to have:

  • A university degree or currently studying for one

  • Fluent in English and French

  • Swedish is NOT required for this position. English is our working language

  • Experience in sales, account management and/or digital marketing is a plus
