Facultative Reinsurance Account Manager Are you our next Facultative Reinsurance Account Manager?

It's an exciting time to join Aon's fast-growing Reinsurance Solutions team in the Nordics, and we're now looking for a Facultative Reinsurance Account Manager to complete the team in Stockholm. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Stockholm office.

How will you make an impact? You will be responsible for supporting the Facultative Broking team in broking and placing Facultative Risks with Nordic and Continental European Markets. In addition, you'll assist at renewal and throughout the year with the production of reinsurance contracts, endorsements, and data collection. Finally, you will have direct day-to-day contact with our reinsurance clients to manage each account with any mid-term changes and amendments.

Skills and experience that will lead to success We are considering all applicants with an insurance or reinsurance background with relevant technical insurance knowledge and an authorization as Insurance Broker is advantage, but not requirement. Good knowledge of MS Office is a requirement for fulfilling this job. As our corporate language is English, good knowledge of English is a must.

Your skills will ideally include ability to positively engage clients and

demonstrate good and clear communication, decision making and problem-solving skills. You have a high sense of service in combination with a good pedagogical ability to meet internal and external customers' needs for help.
