Job Title: Painter Helper

Job Description

Join our team as a Painter Helper, where you will play a crucial role in the finishing process of wood products. You will work closely with sprayers, wiping off excess stain and lacquer to ensure an even and thorough application. Your responsibilities will also include final sanding touch-ups and addressing any blemishes to maintain the high-quality standards of our products. Additionally, you will receive training to operate spray guns, enhancing your skill set in paint preparation.

Shift Times

Standard working hours are 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM from Monday to Friday, with an alternative shift running from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday to Thursday.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Stewartville, Minnesota.

Our workplace is a leading furniture manufacturing facility known for its dedication to excellence. We foster a prideful and supportive culture among our 300 team members.
