We're up for the challenge. Are you?

The position

In this role you will be part of the Western Europe team, which is part of the Sales & Customer Relations (SCR) division, that sits within the broader business area of Marketing Midstream & Processing.

SCR is responsible for all bilateral sales of natural gas and hydrogen, and the main focus for the Western Europe team is marketing of natural gas to customers in The Netherlands, Belgium, France and the UK.

By joining our team in Marketing Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work with a broad set of internal stakeholders, both within SCR and towards Risk, Trading and Commercial Operations.

  • Develop commercial capabilities and thorough portfolio understanding across the European gas and hydrogen markets.

  • Support the team in obtaining the highest possible value of the short-, medium- and long-term bilateral portfolio, through optimal risk management of contracts.

The SCR team has a growth strategy in Europe which will require us to have extensive origination activity with an increasing number of contracts, customers and products. In order to achieve this growth, it is fundamental that we maintain a deep understanding of financial exposure; balancing risk and reward of the bilateral sales portfolio and securing quality in the daily profit and loss calculations.
