Arbeidsoppgaver:
Mobilisering og demobilisering av offshore personell.
Booking av helikopterseter.
Tett samarbeid med personellkoordinator, prosjektledere og Business Segment Manager angående personellbehov.
Være bindeleddet mellom offshore- og onshoreorganisasjon.
Utarbeide rotasjonsplaner.
Registrering og oppdatering av aktuelle interne systemer.
Kontrollering av innkommende timelister og overtidsrapporter.
Oppfølging ifm reisebestilling.
Fokus på utnyttelse av personell.
Ansvarlig for disponering av årsverket og sikre maksimal utnyttelse av tilgjengelige offshore dager.
Ha kontroll på de ansattes kompetanser, kurs og sertifikater.
Booking og registrering av kurs.

Kvalifikasjoner:
Gode datakunnskaper, gjerne kjennskap til SAP, Dawinci og Kabal.
God skriftlig og muntlig kommunikasjonsevne, både norsk og engelsk.
Fordel med kjennskap til Oljeserviceavtalen (OSA).
Fordel med tidligerere erfaring fra personellkoordinering eller lignende stilling.

To be Personnel Coordinator is exciting, varied, challenging and educational.
As an essential member of our team, you will be located in the operation, amongst our personnel coordinators, project coordinators and other personnel onshore.
Job description:
Mobilization and demobilization of our offshore personnel.
Booking of helicopter, flight, hotel, and courses for employees.
Manage and carry out crew changes in cooperation with customer.
Collaborate closely with personnel coordinator, project coordinators and Business Segment Manager on personnel requirements.
Be the main contact between company and offshore personnel.
Have control of / check employee skills, courses and certificates.
Registration, update and maintenance of personal data.
Checking timesheets for offshore personnel each month.
Responsible for the reasonable disposal of the annual work and ensuring maximum utilization of available offshore days.
Ensure good and healthy communication between company and offshore employees, including information to and from offshore employees.
Personal qualities:
The position requires that you champion the Company`s HSE procedures. The candidates we are looking for must be solution-oriented, dare to make unpopular decisions and have good organizational skills. Additionally, the candidate must have good collaboration skills, work independently and be able to perform under high pressure. Additional qualifications should include:
Good written and oral communication skills, both in Norwegian and English
Good knowledge of union agreements (OSA)
Good data knowledge, including SAP
Ability to handle many parallel processes and activities
