Job Title: Commercial Plumber
Job Description
As a Commercial Plumber I, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems used for water distribution, wastewater, venting, and gas piping in commercial and industrial buildings. You should have basic knowledge of installing PVC, cast iron, copper, pex, threaded steel pipe, and plumbing fixtures such as toilets, sinks, and water heaters. Awareness of plumbing codes and safety guidelines is essential.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems used for water distribution, wastewater, venting, and gas piping in commercial and industrial buildings
Install fixtures and equipment (toilets, sinks, water heaters, etc.)
Load and unload construction materials
Perform demolition and site clean-up
Comply with company and industry safety standards, and all company policies
Perform other related duties as assigned
Essential Skills
Ability to use hand/power tools
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to use technology (tablet/iPad/smart phone)
Ability to maintain a positive/adaptable attitude
Ability to perform plumbing practices such as soldering, threading, brazing, and solvent welding
Strong communication (written and verbal) and teamwork skills
Basic understanding of print reading and plumbing layout

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
