Job Purpose

As an Education Programs Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of delivering impactful educational experiences that empower healthcare professionals to stay at the forefront of medical advancements. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Continuing Medical Education (CME) team, assisting with designing, planning, implementing, and coordinating a diverse range of educational activities.

This position is remote and hybrid-eligible.

Core Duties

  • Program Coordination: Assist in the development of program schedules and timelines, ensuring all activities are carried out according to plan.

  • Project Management: Coordinate aspects of CME program development and execution, including project timelines and progress tracking.

  • Content Management: Assist in the development and distribution of educational materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources. Coordinate with faculty and subject matter experts to gather content for educational activities, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

  • Collaboration and Outreach: Collaborate with internal departments and external organizations to promote educational programs and expand outreach efforts.

Education & Experience (Required)

High school diploma and three years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Required)

  • Proficient computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications.

  • Demonstrated success in following through and completing routine tasks.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare administration, or related field

  • Previous experience in program coordination, preferably in a healthcare or educational setting.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with educational technology platforms preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.

  • Frequently sitting.

  • Occasionally stand/walk, reach/work above shoulders, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, use a telephone, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.

  • Rarely twist/bend/stoop/squat, kneel/crawl.

The expected pay range for this position is $27.40 to $31.25 per hour (hybrid) and $25.00 to $29.81 (remote).
