Department: Food and Beverage Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager Job Status: Full-time Job Summary: TheResort Restaurant Floor Manageris at the forefront of customer service and hospitality for the resort and is responsible for overseeing and directing daily operations of the Iggie's Oasis Restaurant as well as supervising and directing staff and delivering prompt, efficient and friendly service to guests. Duties and Responsibilities - Supports the entire Food and Beverage operation by acting as a liaison between the Front and Back of the house - Reads and makes daily entries in the logbook to coordinate communication between shifts and management - Manages, trains, supervises, schedules, evaluates, and disciplines staff - Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations - Provides customer service, answers customer questions, and addresses complaints - Oversees the balancing of POS, records income and expenditures, and monitor's inventory - Ensures workspace is always clean and free of debris - Greets and treats guests cordially and respectfully - Adheres to proper service standards []{style="font-family "}
