Responsibilities :

The Business Engagement Manager manages and coordinates critical processes related to marketing plans,

communication management, culture engagement, training material deployment, business performance tracking, multichannel marketing. This job is not eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

The Business Engagement Manager is accountable for:

  • Delivers results-oriented programs that help to increase GS&SCS awareness.

  • Utilizes business knowledge and research findings to influence marketing strategy and objectives.

  • Ensures the tactical execution of GS&SC communication strategy.

  • Informs senior management on project status by creating and maintaining written reports on project objectives, tests, costs, issues, and performance to established targets, making presentations on a regular basis.

  • Develop, Manages and Monitor assigned budget within company guidelines.

  • Ensures the timely integration.

  • Acts as a facilitator when appropriate to prepare, coordinate and deliver training programs.

  • Oversees or directly design, develop, and deliver marketing training course materials.

  • Maintains responsibility for electronic or web-based training portals of training, assessment, and learning reinforcement tools.

  • Manages key relationships with agencies, suppliers and cross functional teams in developing concepts and designing presentations.

  • Conducts program launches appropriate regional and national meetings.

  • Ensures successful event planning and management to showcase programs, cultivate relationships, and creates awareness.

  • Supports the development and implementation of video initiatives to increase awareness and engagement.

  • Conceives print, video and digital projects from upper management specifications and oversees their coordination through the design, printing or manufacturing, and distribution processes.

  • Manages project specifications and task assignments and guides the creative process.

  • Finalizes and presents project copywriting for marketing campaigns, instructional text, and other project related needs.

  • Identifies appropriate vehicles and messages and works with appropriate management to convey needs andimage.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Marketing, Communication and Commercial field (preferred at least 1 year in Supply Chain)

  • Knowledge of specific business practices and software and software applications

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele base

  • Formal training in events coordination is ideal.

  • Security-conscious and highly professional.

  • Comfortable managing high-budget

  • Polished logistical and problem-solving methods.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers and the public

  • Ability to perform duties in accordance with policies and procedures

  • Bilingual English/Spanish.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are required.

  • Knowledge of a variety of computer software packages particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Design Software.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, formulas, macros and VLOOKUP functions is preferred.

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device and/or consumer products industries preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $113,000 to $227,000.

The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

  • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year

  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
