Minimum Qualifications:

One year (1) employment experience working in a professional office environment performing administrative or clerical functions.

Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.

High school diploma, or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

Preference may be given to candidates with the following qualifications:

One or more years of working in the State of Florida’s People First system

One or more years of experience working with Fleetwave

Requirements:

Employment in this position is contingent upon a satisfactory Level 1 and Level 2 background check at no cost to the candidate.

Office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Not eligible for Telework.

Position Overview and Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to staff in the Property office. The duties include but not limited to:

Interacts with FWRI stakeholders to assist with their office supply needs

Maintains all facilities management vehicles, logs, records, scheduling, and routine maintenance.

Assists with facilities management inspections and interactions with the CMMS program.

Oversees and acts as the point of contact to custodial staff and other vendors.

Directs the receiving, sorting, and distribution of incoming mail, and the processing of out-going mail; oversees the distribution of bulk mailings.

Interacts/communicates with the major shipping companies.

Directs the duplicating and printing of materials and maintaining of office leased and owned copiers.

Assists with tracking property inventory and the disposal of surplus property as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Pro

Possess good customer service, telephone and clerical skills

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Ability to work independently

Ability and desire to work in an extremely fast-paced, team environment

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines Ability to act on changing priorities and responsibilities

Ability to organize and file documents
