POSITION SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Business Office Manager, the Home Health Coordinator is responsible for performing a wide range of functions including but not limited to facility census, scheduling, billing, collections, accounts receivable and payroll for Home Health. Supports the overall operation and efficiency of the Business Office and works closely with the Administrator, Director of Nursing, Clinical Manager, Intake Coordinator and scheduler.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree/equivalent or higher preferred.

2. Minimum of 1 year of home health/healthcare experience required.

3. Work requires the ability to gather, interpret and analyze data.

4. Must possess ability to communicate effectively anda respect for confidentiality.

5. Fully competent in healthcare software utilization.

6. Work requires the ability to operate a computer and work with home health software, EXCEL and WORD.
