The Solution Manager role is to lead and coordinate the development of winning solutions for prospective clients across Corporate Real Estate. This includes the development of the organization staffing model, identifying detailed savings and improvement plans, technology solutioning, ensuring teams can deliver the solutions, and financial analysis that demonstrates the value proposition to our clients. This role is critical to the success of our sales team and integrated into all aspects of the sales cycle. This role is client-facing and will have exposure internally to the complete set of JLL capabilities to solve exceptional platform's results for our clients with the following responsibilities: Partners with sales leaders, functional subject matter experts, and marketing to create the most tailored, competitive solution possible for each client. Coordinating the development of clear, articulate, and winning value propositions for presentation to our prospective clients. Ability to form strategic solutions based on in-depth knowledge of each client. Assists the sales leader in contracting by helping identify the best business terms language, developing contract exhibits, and conducting get-give analysis as needed. Own the deliverables that will be key for business planning.Conduct and coordinate Site Tours Participate in client-facing yellow pads to help diagnose client needs and customize our solution Coordinate solutions resources to ensure the quality of proposed service offering Financial pricing model (internal budget used during approval processes) Develop and maintain needed benchmarks and analytics to support estimating and pricing. Communicate with the delivery team and account management organization to help facilitate operational handoff. Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications: Required Ability to lead creative or unique solutions development - thinking beyond what we have always done, creating a vision of what could be, driving through hurdles, andleading teams to develop unique solutions. Connection to Healthcare industry research and trends for incorporation into our solutions, along with an understanding of the competitive corporate real estate landscape driving services in the Healthcare industry. Ability to partner, critical for success when working with internal Subject Matter Experts. While this role is an individual contributor, you must partner with a deep /and comprehensive set of SMEs to showcase the best of your capabilities. Strong writing skills, including communicating the complete holistic solution in a concise narrative and executive summary. This role will be responsible for bespoke written responses that share the solution. Need to be able to write and will ask for proof points. Budget owner during negotiations to validate scope and price, identifying any financial or delivery risks for JLL, including completing the internal profitability analysis for JLL. We will need to understand the concepts of our financial models and how to work within them. Strong background in Operations (on account), ideally depth in Facility Management or Portfolio Strategy. Travel expectations approximately 30-40% annually max, along with proficiency in all Microsoft Technologies, including Teams and OneDrive. Preferred Strong grasp of real estate outsourcing to design the right solution based on the client's problem. 6+ years in corporate real estate and 4+ years in the Healthcare industry with Sales experience is preferred. Facility Management or Project Construction Management knowledge preferred. Help identify additional potential sales or growth opportunities during the solution process. Ability to articulate and present account team, solution structure, delivery approach, and maintenance strategy internally and to clients Excellent capacity to listen, articulate what was heard, and mold this into a solution.
