Billing Coordinator

System One is actively seeking a Billing Work Order Coordinator for a long-term contract position located in St. Paul, MN. This is a great opportunity to join a respected client in the utilities sector!

Important Details:

• 12-month contract opportunity

• Pay rate up to $35/hr. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

• Work schedule: Standard business hours, Monday through Friday

• This position will be working a hybrid schedule: Tuesday to Thursday in office, Monday and Friday remote.

• Weekly pay

• Benefits after 30 days (health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, etc.)

• 401k after 30 days

• Job offer will be contingent on drug screen and background check

  Billing Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Billing is high volume work, repetitive high-volume work daily.

• Weekly vendor meetings.

• Research work orders and PO errors.

• Up to 100 entries daily depending on the workload.

• Communications with job runners, PMs, Coordinators, and Operations Managers.

• PO and work order resolution.

  Billing Coordinator Requirements:

• Requires good Excel spreadsheet knowledge, Microsoft 365 Office

• Must have experience with work order and PO through SAP.

• Customer service experience, dealing with people on a day-to-day basis.
