Our agency client is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their growing team full-time in the St. Louis Park area! The ideal Senior Account Manager: - Minimum of 7 years' experience in account management in a marketing agency setting - Highly detail oriented; ability to think "big picture" - Excellent proofreading skills - you will be the final eye on deliverables before they are presented to the client - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Primary responsibilities: - Interact daily with clients, designers, developers, and writers, from project initiation to launch. Projects will range from websites and emails to videos and print collateral - Understand the client's business goals and help manage agency resources to ensure successful completion of client deliverables - Write creative briefs and job directives that accurately reflect the project/campaign objectives - Maintain regular project status reports for review with client and internal team - Provide constructive creative review and ensure deliverables are on brand - Acting as the liaison between the client and internal agency, you will be the agency driver that keeps projects moving forward, in order to provide best in-class service to their clients - Support the Account Supervisor on deliverables within large, complex projects and day-to-day tasks #LI-TH1
