Job Title: Manager, Software Engineering

Position Type: Salaried, Full-Time

Job Location: HQ: St. Louis, MO

Job Duties: Manage digital professionals and prioritize work based on overall business and technology strategy; Manage allocation of resources into organizational priorities and develop resource plans and roadmaps; Maintain knowledge of Ameren business applications, processes and requirements to effectively apply emerging technologies to resolve business problems and gain productivity; Use knowledge of systems, requirements development, root cause analysis, integration of systems and various technologies to train and mentor team members; Review critical tickets/incidents to ensure accuracy; Provide input into monitoring systems and lead resolution process for critical issues that impact multiple applications or groups; Assist in technology planning and influence the technology standards used by the company; Prepare, manage and support multiple concurrent integrated enterprise system software, hardware and content implementation plans; and build and lead a team to execute on functional area objectives.

The minimum requirements for the Position Offered are a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field and five (5) years of experience in a position involving the analysis/development of IT systems or software. Must also have skills in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Inventory, Oracle Order Management, Oracle Procurement Cloud, and Oracle Warehouse Management (WMS). Ameren Services Company.
