Job Title: Clinical Research Billing Coordinator

Job Description

Seeking a meticulous Clinical Research Billing Coordinator to create detailed study budgets using Excel, based on protocols provided by sponsors or principal investigators. This individual will negotiate with Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) and sponsors to finalize budgets. After a 6-month ramp-up period, the coordinator will be expected to develop budgets within 2 weeks of receiving the protocol.

This is a remote position with on site training for 6-8 weeks in St. Louis, Mo. requiring candidates to be local

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Environment

This role is situated within the financial team of the Medical Oncology department, comprising 9 team members across three skill sets: budgets, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. The environment is characterized by a high volume of work that needs completion in a short timeframe. The team uses a proprietary system for study tracking and budgets, and is diverse in personalities, backgrounds, and experience levels, fostering an inclusive atmosphere where anyone can fit in.
