World Wide Technology AV Engineer in St. Louis, Missouri

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years (Expert level) of experience supporting audio/visual and conference room equipment including:

  • Cisco Video conferencing units

  • Logitech Tap Schedulers

  • Digital Signage management using Appspace/ Brightsign players.

  • Multi-camera setup, configuration, and operation

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex A/V systems including Crestron, Biamp, and DM units.

  • Working knowledge of vendor products and technologies from Crestron, Extron, BiAmp, Cisco.

  • Logical problem-solving skills and knowledge of research techniques, methods, and procedures for rapid problem resolution.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

  • A committed desire to learn and grow in the Unified Communications practice.

  • Strong focus, passion, and desire to understand and exceed customer expectations and technology needs.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proactive and creative thinking mindset with a focus on finding innovative solutions to user problems.

  • Able to perform at a high level in a stressful, fast-paced work environment.

  • Able to work with executives to provide the highest level of customer service, technical solutions, and troubleshooting.
