The Role

This role coordinates still and video assets on behalf of the ANZ Marketing & Publicity team, working across a broad range of content across SVOD, BVOD, FTA, Pay-tv, D2C.

This role will oversee development, coordination and supply of WBD ANZ assets for all internal and external partner requirements.

As a global media business, this role will require regular communication with international colleagues in ANZ, US, UK, Europe, APAC and beyond. Flexible working hours are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all asset requests from internal teams including Marketing and Publicity, and from external affiliate partners including Foxtel, Fetch, Sky, Bravo, Nine, etc and from other partners such as Little Dot Studios and NBCU.

  • Design /resize /add logos onto existing assets in accordance with required specs

  • Create Monthly Channel highlights summaries (writing synopsis and collating images) for media and partners including Foxtel, Fetch & Sky

  • Support marketing, publicity, programming, digital and creative teams’ assets requests

  • Manage and maintain all related asset folders, ensuring available assets are easily accessible for all internal teams.

  • Manage content approvals of affiliate marketing materials (EDMs, Website features, Promo Reels etc.)

  • Support Marketing team as required (Merchandise coordination, Promo briefing, Event support & General Admin)

  • Work closely with the Marketing and Publicity Associate on image needs and requests.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Proficient in using Photoshop and ability to enhance key art

  • Can work to tight deadlines and under pressure

  • Ability to work within a team environment, but predominantly independently

  • Able to confidently collaborate with key stakeholders

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Minimum 1-year industry experience is preferable
