Basic Job Functions:
Nucor Fasteneris seeking to hire a Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to contribute to our fast-paced, innovative, and enthusiastic team. Our teammate is someone who will be passionate about leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance operations.
You will be responsible for:
Supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 by collaborating on the design, documentation, and maintenance of system processes.
Applying financial and operational expertise to ensure effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 finance and operations.
Translating business requirements into scalable and reliable solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Designing cohesive solutions by leveraging functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Facilitating discussions with division leaders to gather critical business requirements and present effective technical solutions.
Enhancing automation and process effectiveness by applying technical expertise and division best practices.
Developing functional design documents that incorporate current division best practices and solution alternatives.
Managing project scope, acceptance, installation, deployment, and change requests within Nucor Fastener.
Resolving technical issues by providing recommendations to IT and division leaders.
Performing quality assurance analysis and ensuring adherence to data governance.
Leading implementation and onboarding of new customers into the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system. Troubleshooting existing issues & streamline operations while learning X12 and XML format.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in information systems, supply chain management, or an engineering related field
At least one (1) year experience as a Business Analyst, BI professional, or similar role, excluding internships and co-op positions.
Preferred Qualifications:
2-3 years of ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certified
Experience in steel or metal related industry
