Account Strategist

Direct hire position with full benefit package

Onsite role due to the nature of the work

Opportunity for bonus based on performance

Salary up to $80,000

Looking for dynamic resource with experience presenting to clients, analyzing data and coordinating with cross functional teams

In this role, you will nurture and expand client relationships, provide innovative ideas and strategies, and deliver personalized solutions. You'll work with teams internally and externally for the planning, execution and reporting of specific initiatives.

Responsibilities/Duties:

· Maintain relationships with established clients through insightful advice and industry knowledge

· Develop and implement personalized, impactful marketing strategies

· Utilize proactive tactics to reach client objectives and initiatives

· Analyze market trends, consumer and competitive behavior to actualize effective strategies

· Create engaging presentations and detailed project proposals

· Establish project objectives and assist with initiative processes

· Conduct client training sessions to educate about our services

· Lead internal trainings to engage sales and customer service teams

· Work with the internal team to enhance loyalty rewards program engagement

· Aid in the implementation of new technology and services

· Act as a data and reporting resource for internal needs

Requirements

Required Skills:

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Advanced communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

· Superior oral and written communication skills

· Ability to multi-task, manage projects and work independently or collaboratively

· Ability to make independent decisions and give well-informed recommendations

· Demonstrated decision-making skills, creativity, and positivity

· Strong time management and organizational skills

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience in client, project, or marketing management

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)

· Experience in the food or foodservice industry

Travel:

Occasional travel required for client meetings and trade shows
