Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to worksites in the service area.* St. Albans based company is looking for a Commercial Cleaner to keep business spaces clean and inviting by performing cleaning tasks and maintaining high cleanliness standards. Salary range $12.00 - $15.00 based on previous experience. This position offers flexible hours based on the current availability of work. While we are in the process of scaling our business and building teams for residential, commercial, and mixed services, we cannot guarantee a set number of hours per week. However, as our client base grows, opportunities for consistent work and additional hours will increase. Candidates should be prepared for variable schedules initially and willing to grow with the company. Responsibilities: ? Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal. ? Sanitize and maintain restrooms, ensuring they meet cleanliness standards. ? Clean high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and elevators. ? Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies, requesting replacements as needed. ? Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly. ? Be reliable and do your part to help all of us be successful.
