We are currently seeking Cooks, at our Springville, NY location.
Full Time. Days. Mon-Fri 5:30am-2:00pm OR 9:30am-6:00pm. Weekend shifts 9:30am-6:00pm. Weekend and Holiday rotations required.
As a Cook on our Nutritional Services team you will: -Prepare entrees, vegetables, gravies, soup, sauces, baked goods for patients, residents, special functions, and cafeteria service. -Plan cooking/baking schedule to assure that all food will be ready on schedule. -Measure/mix ingredients according to standardized recipes using a variety of kitchen equipment and utensils such as blenders, steamers, grinders, mixers and slicer. -Follow and record time and temperature reports following Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines. -Monitors walk-in coolers.
Cook role requires: -HS Diploma/GED -Previous professional cooking and baking experience -Serve Safe Certification is preferred.

Compensation is based on experience: $15.59 - $16.55 per hour. $500 Sign-on bonus! Benefits!
