Responsibilities for Dental Technician include but are not limited to:

· Craft dental crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, and other fixed dental appliances

· Ensure products meet high standards of quality and accuracy

· Use various materials (ceramics, metals, composites) for prosthetics

· Handle dental restorations, including fitting, contouring, and micro layering

· Design dental crowns, bridges, and abutments using CAD/CAM software (e.g., 3Shape)

· Prepare precise dental models and dies from impressions

· Develop framework designs per patient needs and dentist prescriptions

· Choose materials based on durability, esthetics, and biocompatibility

· Perform quality control checks during production

· Maintain detailed records of materials, procedures, and completion dates

· Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment

· Work safely and comply with safety practices and PPE requirements

· Report unsafe conditions to supervisors

· Maintain a clean and orderly work area

· Engage in production and team meetings, provide feedback

· Understand and utilize organizational resources

· Act with integrity, respect others, and model company values

· Meet commitments and deadlines

· Communicate effectively with all organization levels

· Build strong customer relationships through effective communication

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Dental Technician:

· Proven experience as a Fixed Dental Lab Technician or similar role

· Proficient with dental materials: ceramics, metals, composites

· Knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology

· Strong attention to detail and precision

· Ability to interpret dental prescriptions and work independently

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

· Knowledge of lab safety procedures and infection control

· Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology (a plus)

· Relevant certification or degree in dental technology (preferred)

Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
