We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Divisional/Plant Controller in Springfield, Massachusetts. This role will involve overseeing accounting functions in our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain accounting software systems, including Oracle.

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable and receivable

• Conduct daily reviews of the general ledger

• Oversee the annual budget and forecasting processes

• Ensure compliance with DCAA regulations

• Generate financial reports regularly

• Conduct auditing activities as necessary

• Utilize 3M and ADP - Financial Services to enhance accounting functions.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is required

• Must be able to handle Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is required

• Must be adept in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Should have experience in preparing Annual Budget

• Auditing skills are a necessity
