Fortune 500 Healthcare company is looking for a Microbiologist in Spring House, PA.

REQUIRED:

• Role will be Onsite

• Must have a Bachelors degree, required

• Must have prior Cell Therapy experience

• Experience with Culture of T cells

• CAR-T experience and knowledge

• Flow cytometry, highly preferred

• Will be responsible with speaking with Stakeholders

• Must have at least 2-3 years of laboratory or industry experience

• Aseptic cell culture experience

We are seeking a motivated Microbiologist to join our Cell & Genetic Medicines Team within the Therapeutics Discovery (TD) division at our Spring House, PA site. This role will focus on CAR screening to support the development of CAR T cell therapies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the field of CAR T cell therapy and work alongside a team of passionate scientists advancing cutting-edge treatments targeting hematological and solid tumors. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the culture and expansion of primary T cells, as well as the generation of CAR T cells via viral transduction techniques • Support the development and optimization of high- and medium-throughput CAR T cell manufacturing workflows • Perform flow cytometry-based experiments for cellular characterization and analysis • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot basic automation systems utilized in cell therapy processing • Identify and resolve technical challenges encountered during laboratory procedures to ensure smooth workflow.
