JOB SUMMARY Picks product from bins to fill orders for shipment for customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interacts with " Voice Picking Software" to fil shipping orders
- Pulls items in specified quantities from shelves at or above expected productivity levels
- Puts items into storage as instructed
- Verbally verifies that correct items are picked with correct count ensuring an accuracy rate at or above expected levels
- Checks inventory control and notifies stock cotnrol departments of orders that wold deplete stock
- Secures fragile product in bubble wrap when necessary
- Uses box cutter to open cardboard cases and cut strapping
- Put away replenishements nightly and verify stock counts after put away
- Check warehouse out of dates
- All other duties assisgned
REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or GED

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move upt to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must have good listening skills in order to perform the expectations of this position.
