We are hiring in Southington CT! Facilities Maintenance- Must have a thorough knowledge of basic mechanical and electrical principals and the ability to troubleshoot equiptment. Knowledge /skills in MS office, CMMS and mechanical systems, HS or 4 year trade certificate required. Or a associates degree from an accredited college or university, 3-5 years experience in facilities maintenance and industrial mechanical,electrical or similiar systems.

salary: $31.99 - $32 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Or a associates degree from an accredited college or university, 3-5 years experience in facilities maintenance and industrial mechanical,electrical or similiar systems.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 35lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

Skills

• Mechanical Maintenance (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Electrical (1 year of experience is preferred)

• MS Office (2 years of experience is preferred)
