The Role

Reporting to the Product Manager, the Web Optimisation Executive contributes to the delivery of online conversion optimisation strategies for the luxury cruise brand, Cunard. Working closely with our CRO agency, they will plan and deliver A/B tests across the four main brand websites (UK, US, Australia, Japan and Germany) balancing website trading performance with digital customer experience.

They are responsible for advising on the UX/UI of all digital platforms, working with our In-house Studio and Product Teams to ensure that at every digital touchpoint the unique Cunard style is maintained. They will constantly aim to improve the digital customer journey through utilising conversion optimisation software and analysing on-site user behaviours.

  • Use Adobe CMS and optimisation tools to run conversions during activity, contributing to digital delivery targets.

  • Collate, recommend, and priorities AB test and personalisation ideas to brief into the CRO agency- ensuring all AB test are built to brief and capture all Cunard style requirements before deploying.

  • Work closely with the Digital insights team to brief in AB test reports, monitor live AB test insights and review test outcomes to inform future test interations. Share AB test results with the wider team.

  • Ensure that all website activity is customer- focused and adheres to usability best practice

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK10 and is offered on a {full time, permanent basis, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, a minimum of 3 days per week.

  • Customer-focused in your approach to web page and content curation.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects.

  • Proven experience reporting on data and being able to analyse various reports and draw commercial conclusions.

  • Experience working with a CMS to create web pages.

About the Team

The Cunard Sales and Marketing team are instrumental in the success of Cunard and our aim to be the benchmark of luxury travel. Our marketing teams maximize opportunity and create focused, meaningful communications that help to grow existing audiences as well as appealing to new ones. We have experts across advertising, CRM, brand, PR, digital, loyalty and the creative studio who work together collaboratively to create unforgettable holiday happiness. Our sales teams develop and grow partnerships ensuring they have the finest knowledge of our products. Our teams also manage sales communications, systems, and events to provide the best tools and support, ensuring that our travel trade partners are at the centre of all that we do. In addition to supporting travel agents, the sales team provide support to a team of ship based sales managers and work with third parties to find new routes to market for our brand.
