Broadridge Financial Solutions Sr. Solutions Analyst (Hybrid) in South Windsor, Connecticut

Sr. Solution Analysts lead the support team assigned to a specific sales opportunity. Sr. Solution Analysts create and deliver presentations, create and deliver technical and functional product demonstrations, lead discussions with prospective clients on how the product can meet their needs, and articulate product functionality. They research prospective client processes and conduct and present cost benefit analysis and ROI. Sr. Solution Analysts work more independently of sales leads and have the skills and savvy to help advance the sale. They must be able to recognize danger signs and buying signals and respond on the spot based on the predetermined sales strategy. They assist the sales team in setting opportunity strategy and plans. Sr. Solution Analysts may serve as project lead for opportunities and have the authority to change a project plan if needed. They may provide guidance and training to less experienced sales support staff. They are actively involved with contract negotiations.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work from home.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in solution analysis, sales support, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of managing complex sales opportunities from interest to implementation.
Proficient in Excel, with the ability to build and understand advanced formulas and data management techniques.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and oversee project delivery.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating product functionality and strategy to diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving acumen.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales and internal teams to understand and address client needs in print and digital communications.
Lead client discussions to articulate product solutions and benefits.
Manage and develop proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Prepare contract terms and negotiate agreements.
Deliver product demonstrations and presentations, focusing on functionality and ROI.
Oversee project delivery from pricing to solution development, adjusting strategies as needed.
Utilize Excel for pricing models and analysis, employing advanced features like formulas and pivot tables.
Mentor and train junior staff, promoting a collaborative environment.
Identify and respond to buying signals and risk factors independently.
Work with BR product, sales, and client teams to ensure aligned objectives and seamless communication.
Salary range $80,000.00-$90,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
