BEAU MEYER REALTY Construction Laborer in SOUTH FORK, Colorado
JOB TITLE: Construction Laborer
MUSTS: Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation to and from work. Must have excellent work ethic and a somewhat flexible schedule. Bust have some background in construction and basic knowledge of tools. Must have good communication skills and be able to work individually or with a team. Must be able to pass a drug test (not looking for cannabis).
SKILLS: General knowledge of safe and efficient use of hand and power tools. Ability to complete physical work. Preferred if have appropriate work clothes and hand tools and any knowledge or skills in the construction industry.
DUTIES: Will perform general construction labor work. Includes cleaning job sites and assisting with gathering tools. May build or remodel various structures, assist with interior demolition, and other related duties as assigned by the Employer. (i.e. Painting, Landscaping, Framing, Tile work, Carpentry, Yard maintenance and General cleanup).
WAGES: $20 per hour, depending on experience. May consider assistance for fuel, to be discussed further with the Employer. Paid Bi-weekly.

JOB TO START: As soon as qualified applicants are hired.
DURATION: This is a temporary to permanent position, after passing the probationary period.
SHIFT: This is a full-time job, approximately 40 hours per week. Will generally work Monday-Friday with the possibility of some Saturday shifts. Generally between the hours of 8AM-5PM. Exact hours to be assigned by Employer as shifts may vary based on project need.
JOB SITE: South Fork, Colorado, Rio Grande County and surrounding areas near South Fork.
