The Meat Supervisor/Buyer is responsible for all functions specific to the Meat and Seafood Department and ensures that the department runs smoothly and effectively. The Supervisor supervises department staff and oversees department operations that includes ensuring proper department merchandising, product quality, and compliance with all health code and unit price regulations. Meat & Seafood replenishment buying consists of purchasing to ensure healthy inventory and back stock levels, as well as preparing and executing all tasks involving ordering for the monthly sales.
This is a full-time position. Must have a flexible schedule with weekend availability.
