POSITION SUMMARY: Maintain residents' medical records in accordance with Community policies as well as state andfederal regulations.Handle and maintain patient medical records with confidentiality, accuracy, and respect at all times. Ensure that all medical information is filed correctly and up-to-date for the members continuity of care. In addition, you will be the Central Supply Clerk. You will keep inventory and stock supplies maintained at nurses station, distribute appropriate supplies, record inventory and cost data, and provide data to the facilities Administrator. *Education and Qualifications:*
