Job Opportunity: Payroll Clerk

Location : South Bend, IN 46619

Employment Type : Temp to Hire

Shift : 2nd Shift (3pm-11:30pm, Monday-Friday)

On-Site : 100%

Pay Rate : $20/hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer payroll system (ADP E-Time) for time & attendance.

  • Review and input daily timecards for union employees.

  • Collaborate with supervisors to gather accurate pay information.

  • Post daily production data into the manufacturing system.

  • Prepare shift summaries and spreadsheets.

  • Resolve timecard/payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries.

  • Track pay adjustments and maintain records. Requirements: Experience :

  • 1+ years with ADP E-Time or similar payroll systems.

  • 1+ years of union experience (preferred).

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and SAP exposure (preferred).

  • Strong skills in spreadsheets and data reconciliation.

  • Education :

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • Some college experience preferred.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $19.00 per hour
