Payroll Administrator

A client of ours is looking for a Payroll Administrator for a contract role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM), along with a strong background in payroll administration. This role requires accuracy, compliance, and efficiency to ensure seamless payroll processing for our organization.

Responsibilities of Payroll Administrator

• Process payroll efficiently and accurately using UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM).

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

• Execute end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing

• Maintain payroll records, including tax withholdings, benefits, and wage adjustments.

• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies in collaboration with HR and Finance.

• Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits as needed.

• Stay updated on payroll laws and best practices

• Generate bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly Payroll, General Ledger, Headcount and KPI reports

  Requirements

Skills/Qualifications of Payroll Administrator

• 5+ years’ experience in Payroll

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM) is required.

• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxes, and compliance standards.

• High school diploma required; higher education or payroll certification is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
