Job Overview:
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a secretary to handle administrative functions for the Perioperative Support Services Department.
Qualifications:
Required:
Typing at least 50 wpm
Computer literacy
Powerpoint and Excel proficiency
The ability to communicate and cooperate with employees and staff members at all levels and individuals of diverse backgrounds
Preferred:
High school diploma
Business or secretarial school training or equivalent
Scheduling Requirements:
Day Shift, 8am to 4:30pm each day
Mon-Friday schedule
FT
Essential Functions:
Administrative assistant duties
Ability to compose independent correspondence
Manage Microsoft and Outlook calendars
Utilize Powerpoint and excel
