DePuy Synthes Companies of Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst supporting the DPS FP&A Supply Chain Organization. The preferred locations for this position are Zuchwil, Switzerland, with considerations given to other J&J site locations globally.

This is a fixed-term contract for 18 months

The Senior Financial Analyst, DPS FP&A Supply Chain will collaborate with the DPS FP&A Supply Chain Finance Lead and will be responsible for the financial Master-data and financial processes within ERP P01 that are crucial for accurate reporting, compliance, and FP&A activities. The role combines financial planning and analysis, US GAAP reporting and specialized technical system expertise in SAP and ask for committed professional that can easily navigate between these various responsibilities.

We are looking for a data driven, high energy professional with the ability to go deep into analysis/insight and the ability to influence decisions and actions. The right candidate will have an independent perspective, high engagement, passion on new technologies and an execution focus.

Key responsibilities:

As part of our SigniFi transformation journey, we are looking for a SAP Expert that can support implementation based on validated knowledge and experience in the field of ERP Finance, across Supply Chain Finance, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Intercompany processing, and End-to-End integrated solutions.

Finance expert for sap financial master-data & system consistency:

  • Map of our current master data into S4/Hana (GL, COA, Cost center, Orders, allocations maintenance / set-up)

  • Maintain our Trial Balance and profit P&L structure (Management and Statutory Reporting, US GAAP and Swiss GAAP)

  • Be a key player and Business Process Owner in Business Simulation Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Historical Data Validation and other Pre-Production activities as required)

  • Partner with Finance Technology Services teams and with IT to solve road blockers

  • Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, ensures documentation, system configuration and compliance activities are up to date as required

  • Facilitate the training and onboarding on the new tool to business partners and collaborators

Qualifications

Required:

Domain Expertise

  • Advanced experience in data analytics, dashboarding and reporting, preferably with Alteryx, Power BI and SQL. Alteryx is a big plus.

  • Strong IT literacy with experience in SAP ERP Systems & Microsoft 365, applied knowledge of S/4 HANA is preferred.

  • Understanding the end-to-end business process linkages across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance and Master Data.

  • Experience with Agile methodology and solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation.

  • Applied knowledge of S/4 HANA.

  • Experience working in a global/regional setting.

  • Experience in a large-scale business transformation program.

  • Proficiency in English language is required
