Position Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced ERP Program Manager to be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of our organization's multi-year Oracle Fusion ERP, Commodity Management and Herd Management transformational program. The Program Manager will be the primary point of contact between the Implementation Team, Steering Committee, and external resource managers. Along with being responsible for engaging executive leadership and communicating progress of the program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale ERP projects, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Major Areas of Accountability

  • Project Planning and Strategy:

  • Co-Development with SI comprehensive project plans, timelines, and strategies for ERP initiatives, in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with CF Project Team and SI.

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and mitigation planning to anticipate and address potential challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead cross-functional teams involved in ERP projects, including dedicated staff consultants, business analysts, developer, SME's and external consultants.

  • Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels to ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment across all project stakeholders.

  • Oversee vendor relationships and performance to ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.

  • Implementation and Integration:

  • Drive the implementation and deployment of all three systems under this program, modules, and functionalities according to our business requirements.

  • Coordinate integration efforts with existing systems, applications, and databases.

  • Monitor project progress and milestones and adjusting as necessary to maintain project momentum and meet deadlines.

  • Change Management:

  • Support the OCM Team Leader with change management strategies to facilitate user adoption of the new systems and processes, minimizing resistance and maximizing acceptance.

  • Support workshops, creating training, and end user training.

    Education, Training, Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or equivalent work experience.

  • 5 years experience as a Program Manager leading larger-scale ERP implementations, preferably in a complex organizational environment.

  • Strong understanding of ERP concepts, methodologies, and best practices, with expertise in Oracle Fusion.

  • Expertise and experience with Project Management methodology based upon project management principles, including experience implementing and facilitating complex decision-making structures among multiple executive stakeholders with varied interests and priorities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies and ERP-specific tools.

    ADDITIONAL SKILLS

  • Proven experience in change management, organizational development, and user adoption strategies.

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
