What you will do:

  • Develops HVAC systems and solutions using Trane and other leading HVAC equipment. Supports Account Managers in developing project budgets and subcontractor RFQs

  • Manages the design process from site plans to construction documents. Responsible for secured customers and supports acquisition and customer satisfaction efforts

  • Responsible for project financials, administration, implementation, management, and customer satisfaction for Commercial HVAC Controls/Building Automation projects. Leads the project team and acts as the point of contact for all stakeholders

  • Manages project schedules, contract compliance, documentation, and safety guidelines

  • Collaborates with technicians, team leads, and subcontractors

  • Validates the effectiveness of Design-Build Turnkey and ESPC processes

  • Develops new sales opportunities and business initiatives. Partners with sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities

What you will bring:

· Four-year degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related degree or experience.

· Working knowledge of cost and savings studies incorporating energy conversation measures (ECM).Working knowledge of energy rebate programs, utility tariffs and utility bill analysis.Ability to audit existing mechanical and building systems and recommend solutions to improve.

· Understanding of construction methods/practices and ability to communicate with and direct subcontractors in an effort to obtain critical proposal information.

· Project Management experience required.Must have a general knowledge of basic engineering, electricity, mechanical HVAC systems and the building construction industry.

· Ability to develop and write HVAC system level sequence of operations and other system level control requirements a benefit.

· Ability to work regularly and dependably as well as function in a team environment. Flexibility to work outside normal work hours, as required, including some travel with occasional overnight stays.

· Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Carless Driving, or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.

Compensation:

Total Target Compensation: $125-$150K

Total Target Cash represents a mix of fixed base salary plus payment from sales commissions. Sales commissions plans are uncapped plans.
